Feasts Kept by Apostles After the Cross: Scriptures Prove it!

The Feasts Observed by the Disciples After the Cross: Scriptures Prove it!

The Following are the scriptures that show the Feasts were still kept by the Apostles after the cross, so they knew Yasha’s death did not abolish the Law of Moses, only the animal sacrifices ceased.  The days of worship continued.  For Yasha did not come to abolish but to fulfill.  He still fulfills these laws on the feast days in the Heavenly Sanctuary today for He is a High Priest, he must keep the Law.  (We explain in detail in our other studies on the “Exceeding Brightness in the Sanctuary” and “The Message”, and “My Blood, My Blood” for clarification on Our High Priest.)

Now here are the Scriptures that Prove it:

Pentecost:

“And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.” Acts 2:1

They all knew the day of Pentecost was a statute forever and they kept this as per the law of Moses, 50 (Pente) days after the resurrection hence after  the cross.

“For I will not see you now by the way; but I trust to tarry a while with you, if the Lord permit. But I will tarry at Ephesus until Pentecost. “1 Cor. 16: 7.8

“For Paul had determined to sail by Ephesus, because he would not spend the time in Asia: for he hasted, if it were possible for him, to be at Jerusalem the day of Pentecost.”Acts 20:16

Unleavened bread and Passover:

 “And because he saw it pleased the Jews, he proceeded further to take Peter also. (Then were the days of unleavened bread.)   And when he had apprehended him, he put him in prison, and delivered him to four quaternions of soldiers to keep him; intending after Easter to bring him forth to the people.  Acts 12: 3,4

This word Easter was substituted in the KJV, for the greek reads: pascha, which is the Passover. See here the Strong’s Concordance:

3957

pasca
pascha
pas’-khah

of Chaldee origin (compare pecach 6453); the Passover (the meal, the day, the festival or the special sacrifices connected with it):–Easter, Passover

6453

pecach
peh’-sakh

from ‘pacach’ (6452); a pretermission, i.e. exemption; used only techically of the Jewish Passover (the festival or the victim):–passover (offering).

 “When they desired him to tarry longer time with them, he consented not;   But bade them farewell, saying, I must by all means keep this feast that cometh in Jerusalem: but I will return again unto you, if God will. And he sailed from Ephesus. “Acts 18:20,21

“Therefore let us keep the feast, not with the old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth. 1 Cor. 5:8

The Day of Atonement (this day you Fast)

“Now when much time was spent, and when sailing was now dangerous, because the fast was now already past, Paul admonished them, “Acts 27:9

In this passage of Acts 27:9 in the KJV Bible margin it explains that this fast is the day of Atonement, as was understood.  And here is the Greek word nesteuo for that word  the fast.

3521

nhsteia
nesteia
nace-ti’-ah

from nhsteuw – nesteuo 3522; abstinence (from lack of food, or voluntary and religious); specially, the fast of the Day of Atonement:– fast(-ing).

So, we must be Bible Student’s and be able to dig deep.  See the meanings of the words and see how the Disciple’s who knew Yasha personally they knew the appointed days and kept the Law of Moses, they knew the Feast Days were still in operation after the cross.  They knew the sacrifices and oblations of animals were no longer to be used because our High Priest goes before the Throne with his own blood in the New Covenant on these days in a New and Living Way.

Here are some quotes regarding Yasha’s blood and his priesthood:

“Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Yasha, By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh; And [having] an high priest over the house of Yah; Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.” Hebrews 10: 19-22.

“But this man, because he continueth ever, hath an unchangeable priesthood. Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto Yah by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.” Hebrews 7:24,25.

“…I could not long look upon the surpassing brightness. No language can describe it. I was overwhelmed and turned from the majesty and glory of the scene.{EW 252.1}I was also shown a sanctuary upon the earth containing two apartments. It resembled the one in heaven, and I was told that it was a figure of the heavenly. The furniture of the first apartment of the earthly sanctuary was like that in the first apartment of the heavenly. The veil was lifted, and I looked into the holy of holies and saw that the furniture was the same as in the most holy place of the heavenly sanctuary. The priest ministered in both apartments of the earthly. He went daily into the first apartment, but entered the most holy only once a year, to cleanse it from the sins which had been conveyed there. I saw that Yasha ministered in both apartments of the heavenly sanctuary. The priests entered into the earthly with the blood of an animal as an offering for sin. Messiah entered into the heavenly sanctuary by the offering of His own blood. The earthly priests were removed by death; therefore they could not continue long; but Yasha was a priest forever. Through the sacrifices and offerings brought to the earthly sanctuary, the children of Israel were to lay hold of the merits of a Saviour to come. And in the wisdom of Yah the particulars of this work were given us that we might, by looking to them, understand the work of Yasha in the heavenly sanctuary.” {EW 252.2}

Now what we have to understand is this….that ” by the law” the Laws of the sanctuary in the Law of Moses, this law of blood, is what has to be accomplished TODAY, still.  There must be shedding of blood.
“And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission.” Hebrews 9:22
“For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul. Leviticus 17:11
“For it is the life of all flesh; the blood of it is for the life thereof: therefore I said unto the children of Israel, Ye shall eat the blood of no manner of flesh: for the life of all flesh is the blood thereof: whosoever eateth it shall be cut off. Lev. 17:14
“And the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where ye are: and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague shall not be upon you to destroy you, when I smite the land of Egypt.” Exodus 12:13

In our day when he sees the blood that blots out your transgressions instead of your record of sins (handwriting that is a witness against you) he will pass over you and the plagues will not destroy you.
“For if the blood of bulls and of goats, and the ashes of an heifer sprinkling the unclean, sanctifieth to the purifying of the flesh: How much more shall the blood of Messiah, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to Yah, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living Yah?” Hebrews 9: 13,14
“The smitten rock was a figure of Messiah, and through this symbol the most precious spiritual truths are taught. As the life-giving waters flowed from the smitten rock, so from Messiah, ‘smitten of Yah,’ ‘wounded for our transgressions,’ ‘bruised for our iniquities’ (Isaiah 53:4, 5), the stream of salvation flows for a lost race. Our Saviour was not to be sacrificed a second time; and it is only necessary for those who seek the blessings of His grace to ask in the name of Jesus, pouring forth the heart’s desire in penitential prayer. Such prayer will bring before the Yah of hosts the wounds of Yasha, and then will flow forth afresh the life-giving blood, symbolized by the flowing of the living water for Israel.”{PP 411.3}
And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things that that of Abel. Heb. 12:24

“Messiah’s priestly intercession is now going on in the sanctuary above in our behalf. But how few have a real understanding that our great High Priest presents before the Father His own blood, claiming for the sinner who receives Him as his personal Saviour all the graces which His covenant embraces as the reward of His sacrifice. This sacrifice made Him abundantly able to save to the uttermost all that come unto Yah by Him, seeing He liveth to make intercession for them” (Manuscript 92, 1899).{7BC 932.7}

Isaiah 52:7 How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy Yah reigneth!
Nahum 1:15 Behold upon the mountains the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace! O Judah, keep thy solemn feasts, perform thy vows: for the wicked shall no more pass through thee; he is utterly cut off.
Let no man shut the door to heaven by telling you the feast days were nailed to the cross. The handwritings ( these written records of sins were the witness against those who had committed sins up to that time) were nailed to the cross, Not the law of Moses.
“We are far from where we should have been had our Christian experience been in harmony with the light and the opportunities given us, had we from the beginning constantly pressed onward and upward. Had we walked in the light that has been given us, had we followed on to know the Lord, our path would have grown brighter and brighter. But many of those who have had special light are so conformed to the world that they can scarcely be distinguished from worldlings. They do not stand forth as God’s peculiar people, chosen and precious. It is difficult to discern between him that serveth God and him that serveth Him not. In the balances of the sanctuary the Seventh-day Adventist church is to be weighed.” {8T 247}

This light  is  being given to you about the sanctuary laws ; the days to be observed and the blood of Yasha here Today directing your mind to our High Priest and his ministration in the heavenly Sanctuary.
“But the people were not yet ready to meet their Lord. There was still a work of preparation to be accomplished for them. Light was to be given, directing their minds to the temple of God in Heaven; and as they should by faith follow their High Priest in his ministration there, new duties would be revealed. Another message of warning and instruction was to be given to the church.” {GC88 424.3}

A COVENANT OF PEACE WITH HIS PEOPLE:
The Temple of the Yah is open! His peace is there. This light is BRIGHT — many will not be able to bear this light because they do not keep up with the pace of light and love darkness instead. With this truth you receive peace knowing that your sins are blotted out by a systematic system, daily, weekly, montlhly and seasonally and yearly.  This is the Good news of the New Testament, The gospel to be preached unto the ends of the world.  This is the New Covenant he makes with you, do you want it?
We have the True Calendar given to Yah’s servant–so to know when the true feast days are go here:

Three times a year you are to keep the feast where Yah chooses to place his name.  And we Know that it is here in the wilderness of the people in Yasharon. So come feast with us. Also if you are near us come on any of his feast days. We would love to study with you. See our detailed studies about these days of blotting out your sins and feasts.

      Yasha is our High Priest. What does a high priest do? He has gifts and sacrifices to offer by a New and Living Way and he conducts his services in the Temple in Heaven on the Feast Days. The Law of Moses is the place that states… without the shedding of blood there is no remission. So the same way the priests on earth offered blood, the High Priest now offers His own blood on the same days as the Temple has always conducted the services. The only thing is that the services take place in Heaven and not on the earthly temple. Look to the Temple in heaven and bring your body to the temple on his holy days. The days were not abolished only animal sacrifices. PLease read our studies for scripture proofs. As you say by blood…. the blood is written in the law. Without the law of Moses… you have nothing.

    An ABOMINATION! Jesus paid for ALL our sins. Why not quote the entire book of Hebrews to see what the truth is, instead of picking out verses and sticking your convoluted commentary on them. This flies in the face of Paul who made it clear that we are no longer made righteous by sacrifices and circumcision, feast days, Sabbath keeping, etc.. but by the blood of the New Covenant. Read and see for yourself. It can’t be both ways! Either by blood and faith, or by the law and “circumcision” (represents all of the Mosaic Law). If you choose to keep the law and the Feasts etc… you do not choose Christ and you have rejected Him.

      Sharon…YOU BLASPHEMER…YOU DON’T KNOW YAHSHUA…
      THE LORD REBUKE YOU..!!!
      YOU DON’T KNOW the SCRIPTURES…NOR..DO YOU HAVE THE HOLY SPIRIT…
      YOU HYPOCRITE.

    • Fred says:

      It is sad to see that all of the authors of the New Testament rejected Christ by keeping the Law and the Feasts??? Whether we are to keep the feasts or not you need to evaluate the spirit within you spouting such nonsense with such passion.

  3. ISRAEL says:

    YES! YAHSHUA KEPT THE FEASTS, THE APOSTLES & EARLY BELIEVERS KEPT THE FEATS. THE FEAST WILL BE KEPT IN THE MILLENNIAL KINGDOM. THEREFORE WE MUST KEEP THEM TODAY. SHALOM.

  4. SILVIA SOUZA says:

    I am so ashamed of seeing these bad commentaries of Christians…. they don’t want the feasts of the Lord? What do they want, Christmas and Easter? So disgusting, when we have the true feasts commanded by the Lord.
    I am a believer in the Messiah, I am not jew, but for me sometimes it is hard saying “I am Christian” as most Christians are so disobedient. I just needed a full reading from Genesis to Revelation to understand that feasts are to be kept.
    In Zacariah 14…. it is said about the kingdom of God and the Tabernacles feast.

    The problem of Christians is that they want a theology made upon Paul’s letter only…. as they dont read and understand Torah, prophets, gospel they cant fully understand Paul.
