We must respond to the Shepherds Rod leaders who say Houteff was the last messenger. And in fact, SDA’s that say Ellen White is the Last Prophet; what does she say?  Here is our response to their statement that Houteff was given the last portion of the Spirit of Prophecy.

Let us dissect their statement on their blog:
“If for example there is another man after Brother Houteff, then,
what kind of Spirit of prophecy will he give then, since all the SOP has been given
and the last portion of it by Brother Houteff?”

Where is your proof that all the Spirit of Prophecy has been given? And the last portion of it to Houteff?

The problem with your premise is that it closes down the Holy Spirit, for your statement disagrees with the Spirit of Prophecy.

What is the truth of this matter?:

“He came to redeem humanity, and He will CONTINUE TO SEND MESSAGE AFTER MESSAGE to save His flock from satanic delusions. He WILL NOT CEASE to send His messages until the redeemed universe shall be at rest.”Ltr Mar. 23 1906

And since the universe was not at rest when Houteff was put to rest. {and the universe was not at rest when Ellen White was put to rest} There will continue to be messages sent after his death.

This is on the record for any who wants to stop messages from heaven.

“God calls a man to do a certain work; and when he has carried it as far as he is qualified to take it, the Lord brings in others, to carry it still farther.” DA 182

“God has workmen. They carry the work so far and they can carry it no further, because it is just as natural for the mold of man to be placed upon man as it is to breathe. Now, God calls upon another workman to come right in and advance that work. The one that was working becomes circumscribed. He cannot see that the very line of work that he is working in is not to be pursued to the very close of time. There has to be MORE LIGHT and power infused into the work than we have had. There are workmen to come and carry that work upward and forward.”Sermons and Talks 123

“I saw that God would raise up a Joshua that would lead us into the Kingdom.  There is danger of our being so over-zealous to keep out of Babylon that we would commit our most noted blunder: that of striking a stake and refusing to pull it up and advance, and when we cease to UNLEARN errors we shall fall like those who have gone before us.  We have learned much and no doubt there is MUCH MORE to Learn. In EVERY AGE THERE IS A NEW DEVELOPMENT OF TRUTH, a message of God to the people of THAT GENERATION. The old truths are all essential; new truth is not independent of the old, but an unfolding of it. It is only as the old truths are understood that we can comprehend the new. When Christ desired to open to His disciples the truth of His resurrection, He began “at Moses and all the prophets” and “expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning Himself.” Luke 24:27. But it is the light which shines in the fresh unfolding of truth that glorifies the old. HE WHO REJECTS or neglects the new does not really possess the old. For him it loses its vital power and becomes but a lifeless form. {COL 127.

“I inquired who these men were, and was told that they were ministers and leading men who had rejected the light themselves, and were unwilling that others should receive it.” E.W. 240

“But the Holy Spirit will, from time to time, reveal the truth through its own chosen agencies; and no man, not even a priest or ruler, has a right to say, You shall not give publicity to your opinions, because I do not believe them. That wonderful “I” may attempt to put down the Holy Spirit’s teaching. Men may for a time attempt to smother it and kill it; but that will not make error truth, or truth error. The inventive minds of men have advanced speculative opinions in various lines, and when the Holy Spirit lets light shine into human minds, it does not respect every point of man’s application of the word. God impressed His servants to speak the truth irrespective of what men had taken for granted as truth. Even Seventh-day Adventists are in danger of closing their eyes to truth as it is in [the Savior], because it contradicts something which they have taken for granted as truth but which the Holy Spirit teaches is not truth.” Testimonies to Ministers and Gospel Workers pages 70, 71.

“The rebuke of the Lord will rest upon those who would bar the way, that clearer light shall not come to the people. A great work is to be done, and God sees that our leading men have need of more light, that they may unite with the messengers whom He sends to accomplish the work that He designs shall be done. The Lord has raised up messengers, and endued them with His Spirit, and has said, “Cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet, and show My people their transgression, and the house of Jacob their sins.” [Isaiah 58:1.] Let no one run the risk of interposing between the people and the message of Heaven. This message will go to the people; and if there were no voice among men to give it, the very stones would cry out.”{GW 304.I 2}

“But we see that the God of heaven sometimes commissions men to teach that which is regarded as contrary to the established doctrines. Because those who were once the depositaries of truth became unfaithful to their sacred trust, the Lord chose others who would receive the bright beams of the Sun of Righteousness, and would advocate truths that were not in accordance with the ideas of the religious leaders. And then these leaders, in the blindness of their minds, give full sway to what is supposed to be righteous indignation against the ones who have set aside cherished fables. They act like men who have lost their reason. They do not consider the possibility that they themselves have not rightly understood the word. They will not open their eyes to discern the fact that they have misinterpreted and misapplied the Scriptures, and have built up false theories, CALLING THEM FUNDAMENTAL DOCTRINES OF THE FAITH.” Testimonies to Ministers and Gospel Workers pg. 69, 70. [Emphasis ours]

“It is hardly possible for men to offer greater insult to Yah than to despise and reject the instrumentalities He would use for their salvation… Satan caused them to reject Yah as their leader, by rejecting the men of God’s appointment.The rejection of light darkens the mind and hardens the heart, so that it is easier for them to take the next step in sin and to reject still clearer light, until at last their habits of wrondoing become fixed. Sin ceases to appear sinful to them.” Conflict and Courage 108

THERE HAS BEEN ANOTHER GENERATION AFTER HOUTEFF AND WE ARE NOW IN THE 4TH WATCH, FOURTH GENERATION, YOU ARE DOING AS SDA AND NOT MOVING INTO A NEW FEEDING PASTURE.

SDA was the high hill of Bashan,  DSDA was the Flock of Carmel, and the Bible mentions that they shake off their fruits in Where?  Another flock the tower of the Flock.  SHARON

Jeremiah 50:19: “And I will bring Israel again to his habitation, and he shall feed on Carmel and Bashan, and his soul shall be satisfied upon mount Ephraim and Gilead. And also Micah 7:12-15 In that day also he shall come even to thee from Assyria, and from the fortified cities, and from the fortress even to the river, and from sea to sea, and from mountain to mountain. Notwithstanding the land shall be desolate because of them that dwell therein, for the fruit of their doings. Feed thy people with thy rod, the flock of thine heritage, which dwell solitarily in the wood, in the midst of Carmel: let them feed in Bashan and Gilead, “ as in the days of old“. According to the days of thy coming out of the land of Egypt will I shew unto him marvellous things.”

Notice the above scripture says let them feed in Bashan…. “as in the days” for you to see that we now feed in these pastures as in the days of our fathers in the wilderness.

“The earth mourneth and languisheth: Lebanon is ashamed and hewn down: Sharon is like a wilderness; and Bashan and Carmel shake off their fruits.” Isaiah 33:9

“It shall blossom abundantly, and rejoice even with joy and singing: the glory of Lebanon shall be given unto it, the excellency of Carmel and SHARON, they shall see the glory of the Yah, and the excellency of our God.” Isaiah 35:

“And Sharon shall be a fold of flocks, and the valley of Achor a place for the herds to lie down in, for my people that have sought me.” Is. 65:10

 

True Davidians must move on to fresh provender and STOP WORSHIPPING AT THE FEET OF DEAD PROPHETS.
